Operator and service
PTYBid is an independent project operated from the Republic of Panama.

PTYBid sells sponsored digital placement for an authorized website, not an endorsement, investment, prize, revenue share, or promise of results.
Eligibility and payment
You must be 18+, able to contract, and authorized to represent the website. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, payment, applicable taxes, and receipts under its own terms.
Conduct and moderation
You promise the destination is lawful, accurate, authorized, and non-infringing. PTYBid may reject, recategorize, suspend, or remove listings for breach, claims, or legal, safety, or provider risk.
License and liability
You grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to fetch, cache, adapt, and display necessary public metadata. Service availability and rank are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, payment-related aggregate liability is capped at that payment.
Panama law
Panama law and competent courts in Panama City apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact @HectorVDev on X first for good-faith resolution.
