PTYBid is an independent project operated from the Republic of Panama.

Data and purposes

We handle submitted URLs and public metadata, category and reputation results; bid and payment identifiers; necessary security cookies; infrastructure logs; and messages. We use them to perform the contract, publish rankings, prevent abuse, comply with law, handle claims, and create aggregate analytics. PTYBid does not receive full card numbers or sell personal data.

Public listings

Listing metadata, URL, category, total and rank are public and may be indexed.

Providers

Vercel provides hosting; Neon/PostgreSQL stores operational records; Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record; DataFast provides cookieless analytics; Google Web Risk evaluates submitted URLs. These providers may process data outside Panama.

Cookies, retention, and rights

Strictly necessary cookies last about 30 minutes, with checkout capabilities up to 24 hours. DataFast is cookieless, so no consent banner is currently shown. Inspection cache normally lasts 15 minutes; public and financial records remain as operationally or legally necessary. Request access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability on X at @HectorVDev. The service is 18+.
